Plans plans plans….and a cat.

Check out my latest video where I walk through some of the flight planning that has gone into preparing for this trip.  Myself and my team have spent 100s of hours to look at all the airports and airspaces I will be flying to and through.  My Grandfather was a navigator in the RNZAF and he told me that the rule of thumb he would use is for every hour in the air you should spend 3 hours on the ground to prepare.   70  hours of flying  ~200 hours of planning.  That sounds about right!  Luckily the job was made a little easier with help from my cat Kumo
